Testimonials

Golden star icon representing excellence and achievement.

Innovative consulting solutions for businesses by CTLG, enhancing growth and efficiency.

Lori Mattson

Principal

Covington, Virginia

Over the past year and a half, working with Skip Tyler has been an incredible experience for our staff here at CMS. Skip has partnered closely with our staff to strengthen instructional practices in mathematics, and the impact has been evident in both teacher confidence and student engagement.

What truly sets Skip apart is his ability to make professional learning practical, relevant, and immediately applicable. He doesn’t just deliver information – he works alongside teachers, models strategies in real classrooms, and provides actionable feedback that supports real growth.

Beyond math, Skip has provided high-quality professional development that has positively influenced instruction across all content areas. The sessions are thoughtfully designed, engaging, and grounded in best practices that truly move the needle for student learning.

Skip’s passion for education, commitment to excellence, and genuine investment in schools make him an outstanding partner. We are incredibly grateful for the expertise and support he has provided to our staff and students. And we can’t wait to welcome his partner, Eric Rhoades, here at the end of February to partner with our Science Department! Highly recommend!
