Sarah Plumitallo, Ed.S, is a dedicated instructional leader who believes every student has the right to meaningful, high-quality science learning. With experience spanning classroom teaching, multilingual learner support, and central office leadership, she brings both systems thinking and practical classroom insight to her work. She partners with schools and districts to strengthen science teaching through coherent program design, job-embedded professional learning, and data-informed instructional practices. Sarah’s work centers on three-dimensional science instruction that integrates language development, ensuring multilingual learners can fully engage in scientific sense-making and discourse. She has led large-scale initiatives that increased student achievement while building leadership capacity across diverse school communities. In addition, she supports educators in leveraging AI as a thoughtful planning and analysis tool to deepen teacher expertise and strengthen instructional decision-making.
