We partnered with Eric Rhoades and CTLG during the 2023-2024 school year when we needed help in Science. From the start, Eric immediately dove into our data and developed a prescriptive approach to improve all aspects of science instruction. He worked alongside teachers and administrators to improve the alignment of the curriculum, instruction, and assessment, and provided real-time and differentiated professional development to our teachers. Additionally, in March, our Biology teacher unexpectedly left and we were unable to find a replacement. Eric didn’t hesitate to intensify his support and began providing direct instruction to students as well as making himself available for small group remediation during the school day.
